Rules and guidelines for using our services.
Welcome to Seven Frames Media. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website or booking any photography or videography services (the "Service") operated by Seven Frames Media LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Booking and Payments
Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. To ensure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day delivery requests must be explicitly communicated at the time of booking and are subject to schedule constraints.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to the final delivery of non-watermarked assets. For projects exceeding specific thresholds, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via our secure payment gateway.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that the real estate market is unpredictable and properties may not always be ready as planned. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our production team:
- Notice Requirement: Rescheduling or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a late cancellation fee.
- Weather Delays: In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds affecting drone operations), we will reschedule your shoot at no additional cost.
3. Property Preparation
It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is fully prepared for photography or videography prior to the team's arrival. Our team will capture the property as-is upon arrival.
- Our photographers are not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, decluttering, or landscaping.
- Any delays caused by the property not being ready may result in a reduction of shooting time or additional hourly fees.
4. Licensing and Usage Rights
Upon final payment, Seven Frames Media grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media assets for the marketing and promotion of the specific property or brand featured in the media.
- Real Estate Listings: The license covers usage on MLS, social media, and printed flyers for the duration the property is listed with the hiring agent.
- Non-Transferable: Photos and videos may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to third parties (including homeowners, builders, stagers, or other agents) without written permission from Seven Frames Media.
- Copyright Ownership: Seven Frames Media retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to all captured media. We reserve the right to use the media for our own promotional purposes, portfolio, and marketing.
5. Revisions and Deliverables
We strive for excellence in every project. Our deliverables policy is as follows:
- Photos: Standard photo editing is included (color correction, exposure balancing, minor object removal). Heavy retouching (e.g., removing power lines, adding virtual grass) may incur additional fees.
- Video Revisions: All video packages include one (1) round of complimentary revisions. This includes minor adjustments to music, text, or specific clips. Further revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Delivery Time: Standard photo and video projects are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. Expedited same-day delivery may carry a surcharge.
6. Liability and Indemnification
Seven Frames Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
While we take extreme care during drone operations and on-site production, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Frames Media against any claims arising from property damage or personal injury that occur during the shoot.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
